Why do I only see Requests in my Canvas Data Portal?

This morning, Civitas reported to me that since May 2nd they've not been able to download updates to the data.   When I went to look in the Canvas Data Portal through my Admin view, I observed that my nightly download only includes a single Table (Requests) where before it would have 40-ish tables for download.  

Is this the correct behavior of the Canvas Data Portal now, that I can only download Requests through that view?

And related, is this affecting how Civitas is able to use our credentials to download nightly updates?
