assignments - why do i have assignment ids but no title, etc.

I've finally got my hands on assignments, submissions, quizzes data.

However, I'm finding i have submissions with assignments ids that are graded, but when I look in the assignments table I have very little data (no title, description, etc).  So not sure how I have the assignment id but no information about the assignment?

ah, digging in one case, it seems to be a Turnitin assignment.

online_upload

but in another case, it says

submission_type

NULL

And some submissions have BOTH an assignment id and a quiz submission id. 😀

Mine is fully populated with titles and descriptions (if any). Errors on sync or such??
