Data creation problem for Roles resource through POSTMAN

To create new role through postman using Create a new role,

getting unprocessable_entity error in the POSTMAN. The user has admin rights on the requesting domain but still not able to create new custom role. Please check the attached screenshot of request and error response together in the postman.
