Media Objects API

Has anyone been able to successfully grab a list of Kaltura videos via the Media Objects API?  I've tried both the user and course scope examples and each time, get a successful response (200) but nothing at all in the result (empty array). 

Very frustrating, since there are lots of videos there, and I can successfully embed them into pages via the web interface.

Also experiencing this same issue. Tried an instance-wide call (/api/v1/media_objects) with the same results.

There is NO documentation around Media Objects and would love to understand if this is an issue where I do not understand what the API is supposed to gather or if it is broken.

Is anyone able to shed any sort of light on this API?

I don't have any inside info on this, but I'm going to guess based on the dates on the API page that Canvas may have used Kaltura for media recordings in the RCE at some point in the way distant past and that's what this API is for.  We are a Kaltura institution, and the results from this API are empty as well.  I wouldn't expect a Canvas API to extract info from external tools, but it sure would be nice if the API documentation was more clear (or removed entirely if this is a relic).  Kaltura has tons of it's own APIs that customers can make use of, and that's what I'd suggest others look at if trying to get information about media stored there.
