how to configure to get Email in Identity token - LTI launch

I have configured developer key to launch app for SSO. I was able to get Identity token but the token doesn't have userId or email. How can i configure t get additional info

Hi @rvemulapalli,

Are you using LTI 1.1 or 1.3?  What have you set as the privacy setting for the LTI?  In anonymous mode, there will not be an email, but you should still see an anonymized user id.

Let us know some more details and someone here may be able to point you in the right direction.

I am trying to setup LTI 1.3. I don't see an UseId in the ID token either.  

Can you point me to privacy setting for the LTI. I am not sure where to set privacy settings.
