Bulk remove Differentiation Tags

Problem statement:

Instructors need a way to quickly remove multiple students from a Differentiation Tag. 

Proposed solution:

Design a way to bulk remove students associated with a Tag using the checkboxes on the course level People Page table.

admin, instructor, ta

In case there's some lag time, since it seems easier to tag people than untag people, would it be feasible to for now, but this is what I do for subsections that we are using for similar functionality.

We can easily upload students to sections but we cannot bulk remove them.

In cases where I need to remove a large number of students from a sub-section, I simply create a new sub-section and only include the people that are to remain, and crosslist the original sub-section out to an unpublished graveyard site. That way the new remaining section has basically removed all the unwanted students from the original. And then I may need to go back and change some assign-to for assignments etc.

In the same way, can you just delete the current entire tag (I don't have the feature enabled yet) and create a new tag for now and only add the remaining students?

Hopefully a bulk remove management feature can be added along with a bulk upload feature. This is just a potential work-around until that time.
