Delete multiple announcement

We need an ability to delete multiple announcement at once. Also, the navigating to next pages of the announcement is very hard as it is only at the bottom. If I have to go to the next page, I have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and then click on next page link. We need something at the top as well to navigate to next pages in announcement.
