What does it mean "This group will be archived on Monday, October 21, 2024"? Does that mean we will be heard? Or that this forum was all for naught?

There are so many problems with New Discussions: jerky screen due to bloated programming, inoperable search feature, too much white space to easily see where we are, automatic page breaks mean we have to search multiple pages with a search function that does not work, collapsed discussions instead of automatically expanding the discussions, the insane shrinking text on replies. It is taking me far longer to interact with students using this tool. All I'm thinking is, "how do I never have to use this again?" When will we get feedback from Canvas on the expected fixes? The only change I actually wanted: double due dates, is not here. Why not make the most important thing actually work?
