ElevatePEIMAS Rule Library

Summer Submission Scorecard

Summary

The first iteration of the Summer Submission scorecard is available in ElevatePEIMS and is scheduled for daily delivery for Texas customers.

The scorecard includes:

• Summer Submission-specific rules:
• Basic Attendance: all rules
• Disciplinary Action: all Fatals and some Special Warnings
• Existing rules from earlier submissions:
• Mostly Student Enrollment and some miscellaneous rules

Note: The scorecard will have new rules added gradually, with updates every two weeks. To view the exact list of rules currently running on the Summer Submission scorecard, see the ElevatePEIMS-Summer Submission attachment.

Change Benefit

This new scorecard will help institutions begin preparing for the PEIMS Summer Submission validations.
