FFT Account Visibility

I have a FFT account and am working on a course for a grad school project. I need the visibility to be public but noticed it is locked in my settings. Is there anyway to change this so that my professor and classmates can see my course?

Hi there @Kristina87 ,

There are a couple of things that you can do!

1) Have your professor and classmates create student accounts under canvas.instructure.com, or k12.instructure.com (depending on which domain you're using).

2) Create a technical support ticket by clicking the 'Help' link from your global navigation menu, then click 'Report a Problem' and fill out the form, requesting your course to be set to public. Unfortunately, teachers are no longer able to set their courses to public in FFT due to issues that have occurred in the past.
