Failed to Log In

My students create their Canvas accounts through their Google account that is tied to our district. I've been using Canvas for years and haven't had any issues until this year. I have two students with the following message when they try to create their account/log in through Google:

Canvas doesn't have an account for user: <generated_id>

You can try to log in again.

Out of 200 students this year (and the past 5 years full of students), I haven't had this issue before and I am not sure how to proceed. Any advice here would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I'm having the same issue! This is so frustrating - it is very difficult to assist remote learners!

I am having the same issue with a student. Could you please help me? 

I have a new student who is unable to login to canvas. The student receives an error message stating that "Canvas doesn't have an account for user: 38876137471376724" The SIS ID assigned in Canvas for this

 student is: 3863723676384919 We have checked on our end the student's username and account information appears to be correct but this happens each time he tries to login directly from the URL or when he follows the email invite to join the course. We need help getting help for this issue. Thank you in advance.
