How do I change the institution name?

Hi @MiriamPeterson,

As far as I know, you'd need to have a paid/hosted instance of Canvas to be able to set your own Institution Name and other related administrative type things.  TheFree for teacher instance lets you create courses and enroll users, but aside from that basic functionality, there aren't a ton of other things you can do.
