Unfortunately, you cannot change the megabyte storage in your Canvas course on FFT. The feature you're looking for requires administrative access, which is not available on FFT. If you're uploading things such as video files, I recommend adding them as Unlisted on YouTube and embedding them inside of your course, instead.
