How to restore a course in canvas free for teacher account

I have a canvas free for teacher account. I was trying to add student access to certain course. But wrongly added the student to another course. While changing the course i am not sure what i clicked. But now i am unable to see the first course anywhere. In my account i dont have admin option to restore the course. Please guide me

Thanks for reaching out! On your Canvas account, please click the 'Help' button via the global navigation bar on the left-hand side, and click Report a Problem. From there, you can request for a course restore. Please be sure to tell them the name of the course to help them find it under your account more easily.
