Publish course issue

Good Day, 

I have had a problem with publishing my course for my free-for-teachers account where it says "Complete registration by clicking in the "finish the registration process" link sent to your email".

I have checked my email and junk mail but I am unable to find the email. I need to publish the course for my students to use but they are unable to see the content.

Could anyone help me with this matter?
