Viewing Questions from previously made New Quizzes from a Free Account

I worked in a district that had paid accounts for Canvas LMS. I made many "New Quizzes" during this period. I now have a a free K12 account and I exported in previous made quizzes but the New Quizzes are not available on free accounts. 

Is there any way to retrieve the question content from these New Quizzes I made in the past? Thanks.
