Hi,

We've integrated Anthology (Blackboard) Ally as an accessibility reporting tool.  Every course/instructor has access to their own course reports which aggregate to an admin view.  As an admin, I belong to a committee that reviews these numbers monthly and compares that to an institutional goal number.   We focus on the lowest-hanging fruits (those instructors that have a lower score ) and then provide remediation support to help the instructors with their course materials.  

Resources include our in house Canvas support team in which everyone is certified through the TxDLA accessibility certification courses ;  Instructional designers and an office of disability services in which these both have their own processes that can work with the instructors to get their courses remediated.
