Seeking Faculty Training Surveys

I am seeking examples of surveys offered pre- and post- Canvas training to inform the redesign of our current surveys. We are specifically interested in how other institutions assess their faculty’s preparedness for teaching with Canvas and the effectiveness of the training.

Our current approach involves two main components:

• A pre-training survey in which faculty rate their proficiency with various Canvas features.
• A post-training survey that includes both the pre-training self-assessment questions and another set of questions to gauge faculty satisfaction with the training content and delivery.

We would be grateful if you could share:

1. Any examples of your institution's Canvas training surveys related to these areas. 
2. If you have validated surveys or if you have presented/published about your survey, please indicate this status.  
3. The modality of the training for which your survey is used (i.e., online, hybrid, face to face).
