Thanks for sharing this idea. Quiz banks are specific to Classic (Old) Quizzes. Our product teams are no longer developing new functionality on the code base for Classic Quizzes, which is scheduled for deprecation, so we've archived this idea.
When you've started using New Quizzes, please consider supporting this idea that asks for additional functionality around the item banks in New Quizzes: Export/Import New Quizzes/Question Banks.
