Annotate PRO type tool?

Hello,


A faculty member brought this Annotate PRO tool to my attention - [ http://www.11trees.com/live/canvas-and-annotate-pro/ ].  I checked in with support@instructure.com and they indicate that there isn't an annotation tool this extensive in SpeedGrader. So, I'd like to submit it as an idea.

Hi!  Yes, I like the idea of having a tool like this. Anything that can help an isntructor timewise is always welcome.

This is similar to our Comment Library, but with a lot more functionality. Instructure has enhancements planned, but we are not sure if they will be prioritized with the planning for the upcoming year.
