Calendar and Notification buttons for the Teacher Mobile App

Is there any way we can have "Calendar" and "Notification" buttons on the bottom of the Teacher Mobile app like it shows on the Student Mobile app? 

We are a 1:1 iPad school and it would be really helpful to have this UI enabled for our teachers.

I think it would be nice to have access to the calendar through the Canvas Teacher app as well. 

I think this Idea Conversation is related to that part of your request:  Teacher app Calendar access - Instructure Community  If it is, awesome! Rate (star) it and join the discussion.

With notifications, what types of items would you like to see there? Canvas Teacher separates things to grade and Inbox already. What would you find to be helpful in the Notifications tab for teachers?

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
