[Modules] Hide previous modules with submissions from student view

Working at the Elementary level, having all of the old work and assignments displayed on the module page will just become more and more difficult for students to navigate to find their current assignments.  Having the ability to hide modules, lessons, assignments, etc. that have student submissions will help clear up the module page and make navigation easier.

If the first third of the course could be collapsed into a single unit 1 bar, students would not have as much scrolling to do and they would retain the ability to expand that content if they needed to reference something that was already covered.
