Provide EXACT time (not rounded) in "Time" column of "Moderate Quiz" page

If a student finishes an exam in an hour and forty minutes, it rounds up and reports "finished in about 2 hours".  This is not helpful as an instructor.  Why not just report the exact time (1:40) instead of the wordy and uninformative,  "finished in about 2 hours"?

Please list the actual time in the Moderate quiz. Or allow to export the quiz results with the actual times.

I am collecting the past times to determine the optimal times for exams. It is so time consuming to click on each student to get the actual time. 

With so much teaching in remote mode, it is essential to set proctored exams timing right, to prevent students cheating.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team.
