Update the Publish/Unpublish Course Buttons

Today I was asked by a faculty member if his course was published or unpublished. The publish button highlights green, while the unpublish button highlights red; however, the icons/checks do not change. He was unable to see this because of red/green color blindness and without the icons changing, was not able to tell which button was highlighted. My idea is to consider adding a more prominent check/icon feature for those unable to rely on color.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
