New Quizzes - Multiple answer selection from a table/grid

Nursing students are expected to be able to answer different type of questions in different formats for NCELX exam/certification, so it would be helpful for nursing students to be able to "practice" in Canvas using questions with multiple answers that can be selected in a table/grid.  Please see example in this presentation:
