[Tool Adoption] Impact Messages on Canvas Mobile Apps

It would be great if the Impact Messages can also appear in the Canvas Apps (Parent, Student, Teacher). That way, we won't have to duplicate the Impact Messages in Canvas' Global Announcements.

Ditto! This would be an added benefit for students/faculty that are using mobile devices.
