[Campaigns] Make Fields and Filters dropdown in Campaigns pinned/sticky for the admin

Problem statement:

An admin would have to re-setup their preferred their fields and filters whenever logging back in and viewing the Campaigns page. As an admin, I would like to be able to hide concluded campaigns and it's repetitive to have to keep selecting the filters.

Proposed solution:

Make the selected fields and filter sticky for the user, or have a "pin" option for selected fields and filters that an admin can select and customize. This allows for an admin to immediately have customization of the campaigns they're seeing when they go to the Campaigns page.
