[Classic Quizzes] Better bookmark indicator

Problem statement:

The current bookmark indicator, the flag with or without an X, is difficult to see at a glance.

Proposed solution:

The two states should be easy to see at a glance -- an unfilled flag and a flag filled with red.

Hi @MrLunetta - When you discuss "Bookmarks", are you referring to the small bookmark icon within Question Banks in Classic Quizzes?

Thank you for confirming that you use Classic Quizzes with your students.

As our product teams are no longer developing new functionality on the code base for Old (Classic) Quizzes, we've moved this idea to the Will Not Consider Status.

I know this is a challenge for FFT users as New Quizzes aren't available. I hope that this will change in the future.
