Impact Release Notes (2022-10-05)

In this Impact release, image sizes in Dashboard and Learning Management Systems adjust to the width of the article frame, language names in the Support table are displayed in full or as a tooltip if they do not fit, and the Support Center button is not launched when a campaign is inactive. Additionally, updates to Walkthroughs include a color correction to frames on elements and Walkthrough fields on Context Overview page.

Dashboard

Image Size in Articles

When creating articles with images in the dashboard, the size of images that display in the preview will reflect the size that the users see in the Learning Management System. The image size is adjusted to the width of the article frame in the Learning Management System.

Support

Display of Language Names

Complete language names will be displayed in full or in a tooltip when hovering over the abbreviation in the manage articles overview when the field ‘Translations’ is enabled.

Walkthroughs

Inline Walkthroughs Display

Color correction to Inline Walkthroughs frames on elements allows for the display to be more visible.

Context Overview page: Walkthrough Field

Users can now see what walkthrough steps are connected to a specific context and can connect and disconnect walkthrough steps from those contexts. When disconnecting contexts from Walkthrough steps, a confirmation modal will appear warning the user of the effects on the Walkthrough sequence.

Support Center

Support Center Visibility

Support Center button is not visible or launched when a campaign is inactive.

Fixed Bugs

 

  • Exporting User Activity reports display time periods.
  • Screen Reader users have an option to use a keyboard shortcut to move to bulk action buttons. Bulk action buttons are then read after using the keyboard shortcut.
  • When enabling a new language, Translations on Create Message page display appropriately without the need of page reload.
  • In Build Mode, users can navigate to LTI Tool and create a new context and helpitem.
  • Screen Reader users can navigate the Support Center button by pressing the control+option+arrow keys.
  • In Walkthroughs, users can navigate to the next/previous steps in the flow.
  • Reordering steps in Walkthroughs display appropriately when using the Move drop-down options.
  • Articles can not be published if the title and body are not added.
  • Users can not set any dimension in a message below 100 and will automatically be reset to 100 if done so.
  • In Walkthroughs, steps appear in sequential order.
