Summary

In Monitor LTI Usage, custom grouping is available allowing Admins to view and analyze usage data for all LTI applications. Admins can create custom groups for LTI apps, including less common LTI apps, homegrown apps, and LTI apps used via the redirect tool as part of custom grouping. Admins can create a custom group/app consisting of any given LTI app’s placements for LTI apps that are not already aggregated and surfaced. Custom group usage can be aggregated and disaggregated via filtering in the same manner to those that come out of the box.

Change Benefit

This update provides Impact Admins with a complete and comprehensive view of their Canvas ecosystem. With access to LTI usage data for 100% of LTI apps, Admins can make more informed, data-driven decisions regarding investment, adoption, migration, or deprecation for all applications.
