Campaign Description: Oftentimes, support issues can be solved when asking a user what browser they are using. Some support centers have a preference for a certain browser to have the most optimal LMS experience. This message is also sent to a custom user group of customers who have used Safari or Internet Explorer in the past 30 days (ask your CSM how to get this custom user group!)

When using Blackboard, please ONLY use Chrome or Firefox as your browser. Blackboard is not fully compatible with other common browsers, such as Edge, Safari, or Explorer. If you are not on Chrome or Firefox now, please switch before proceeding into your course.
