Campaign Description: The goal is to make instructors aware that any announcement they make in the LMS, they can automatically also send as an email to all the students in their class. This helps ensure all students stay in the loop of important updates from their teachers.
Success Criteria: Instructors are aware of the ‘send a copy of the announcement via email’ functionality.

This hint message appears next to the checkbox that allows instructors to send a copy of their announcement via email to their students. It lets them know that they can tick that box in order for those emails to go out. Students who don’t check their LMS announcements will be more likely to still see important updates from their teachers.
