I was able to join but the last 13 minutes the screen has just said “webinar will begin soon.”

I am not able to join the meeting either. I got the invite and Zoom link but I get the basic webinar entry screen and it says: Waiting for the host to start the webinar.

I received an initial link email and a reminder email, but I've been waiting for the webinar to begin for 17 minutes. Perhaps Zoom is completely down right now.

Thanks for the update -- if we registered for this event, will we automatically receive a notification email with the updated date/time? Or will we need to come back here to register for the new event?

If you were able to register successfully, you will not have to re-register. We are currently still confirming the new time and date, so you should receive a notice shortly (probably later today).

By now, we hope you've received the updated time and date.  The session has been rescheduled for this Friday, April 18 at 1:00pm MT / 3:00pm ET.

If you have other commitments during that time, we completely understand, so a recording and follow-up resources will be shared with all registrants after the session.

Additionally, there’s no need to re-register—your existing registration will automatically apply to the new date and time.

That's unfortunate. I didn't receive the rescheduled email and that is a holiday at our college. It is also Good Friday for those that observe.

Hi @Debra-Sheridan, unfortunately, we didn't have many good options. We had presenters who are out next week, and our options were limited. We recognize it's a holiday for many, but we did the best we could under the circumstances. Thanks for understanding.

Good afternoon - 

Has the recording from this webinar been shared yet? Our institution had Friday off for a holiday, and we didn't join the rescheduled webinar. We were on the original registration, though, and are looking forward to watching it.

I just got the email with the link to the recording. However, it is really tiny, and it is hard to read the content on screen. When I click full screen, it is super blurry. I am hoping they can create a better version soon.
