A Flexible Framework for Automating SIS Data Provisioning and Related Integrations for Canvas
Abstract / Session Overview
Synchronizing data between Canvas and external sources can feel like surfing the big one every morning with a kickboard. Data can come in many shapes and from a slew of sources, while requests for additional integrations and automation pop up like tikki torches at a Beach Boys concert. At UC Davis, we’ve combined classic recipes for enterprise integrations with contemporary tools to build a flexible framework for automating data provisioning and administration for Canvas, so that we can spend less time cleaning sand out of our shoes and more time playing our mandolin while riding a longboard.
