During this training we will answer important questions like “How does paying attention to my students impact retention?” And “What tools do I have at my disposal that will aid in retention?” We will also take a look at what research says about trends in retention and what can be done to turn the numbers around in our favor. Included are many hands-on activities that help us, as instructors, adjust our perspectives in how we approach learners regardless of modality.
