What I’m looking forward to sharing with you.

If you’ve ever wondered, “Is this edtech tool actually working?”—you’re not alone. I’ve been there, both in the classroom and as an administrator, trying to make the best decisions for students without the timely evidence to back them up. That’s why I’m so passionate about Rapid Cycle Evaluation (RCE).

RCE gives education leaders actionable evidence—often while students are still in the same classrooms—so they can lead with confidence, build a culture of learning, and make smarter, data-informed decisions. And the best part? It’s doable, even without a research background.

During this workshop, we’ll demystify RCE and help you create a plan to run meaningful, localized evaluations using data you already have—like NWEA, i-Ready, or state assessments. Whether you’re flying solo or working with our team, you’ll walk away with tools, inspiration, and a sense of “we can actually do this.”

Who I’m most excited to see in the audience.

This one’s especially for:

  • K12 leaders trying to make smarter, evidence-based decisions
  • Administrators tasked with evaluating edtech’s impact
  • Anyone who’s felt overwhelmed by traditional research and wants a more accessible, actionable path

Clues & Artifacts for you.

See You at InstCon25!

Whether you’re decoding test scores or refining your tech stack, this session will give you the confidence to dig into your own data—and come out with real answers.
