LTI Usage Data Available to All Canvas Admins
Summary
LTI Usage reporting is included as part of the core Canvas offering. As part of the Canvas Apps feature, all Canvas Admins have access to a baseline version of LTI Usage reporting.

This update allows admins to efficiently send targeted Canvas messages to groups of students identified as needing attention. The inclusion of these personalization variables ensures recipients have essential context for the message, such as the relevant course name and the specific issues or criteria that need to be addressed.
Feature Workflow
To identify the students in need of attention, select a specific criteria in the Criteria drop-down menu.
To message students in need of attention, click the Message Students button.
To preview your message, click the Preview button.

Feature Workflow
To identify the course readiness, select a specific criteria in the Criteria drop-down menu.
To send students a message in the Courses by Readiness section, click the Messages icon.
Use the default template or edit the message using the variable available.
