Mastery Paths - Creating Engaging Lessons with choice

How are you using Mastery Paths in your schools?  I am introducing my teachers to mastery paths this fall and would love to hear any ideas you might have and if you have any training materials you would be willing to share that would be great also.

I love Mastery Paths.  I've used it different ways for different courses that I have taught.  I used it for differentiating a lesson based on performance students would be presented with different extenstion exercises.  I have also used it to allow students to self pace themselves through a unit.  This was especially helpful with STAAR review.  Right now I work in a district that allows make up for daily work so I am about to build something that will allow make up to appear for students who made below a 70% on the daily work.
