Double scroll bars on rubrics in 'Traditional' view

This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 8/28/24.

Description

If a rubric, using the new Rubric view, has a longer rating description for one of it’s criterion that rating is shown with double scroll bars when in ‘Traditional’ view

Expected Behavior

See if we can make it better experience when in Traditional view

Workaround

No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In a course with the new rubric view create a rubric with a long description for a rating

    1. Text I used: “The decision to promote this attraction is clearly articulated with an in-depth and sophisticated discussion.”

  2. View the rubric in Traditional view

  3. Notice the double scroll bars
