Description
If a rubric, using the new Rubric view, has a longer rating description for one of it’s criterion that rating is shown with double scroll bars when in ‘Traditional’ view
Expected Behavior
See if we can make it better experience when in Traditional view

In a course with the new rubric view create a rubric with a long description for a rating
