Description
Announcements that are past their until date can be accessed by students if they have a direct URL to it.
Expected Behavior
Announcements with until dates, should be only accessible before the until date
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisite: Have a course with at least one student enrollment in beta.

As the teacher create an announcement and set the until date that’s in the past.

As the student go to the announcements page, observe that the announcement is not visible.

As the student attempt opening the announcement with a direct link, observe that it opens without any trouble
