Description
Admin is trying to share a module (without new quizzes) into Commons, and the exported imscc file contains the course new quizzes.
Expected Behavior
If new quizzes are not selected they should not included into the exported file.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce

create a course with 4 pages and 2 new quizzes
-
create a module and add only the created pages
-
share the modules to the commons
-
the exported file contains the new quizzes next to the pages
