Description
With rubrics redesign enabled, criterion can only be duplicated once. Any further attempts will not duplicate the criterion.
Expected Behavior
You should be able to duplicate the criterion multiple times(as that is the current function with the classic rubrics) or if this is intended, the duplicate button should disappear after it has been used once.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
Prereq: A course in beta with rubrics redesign enabled.

On the rubrics page, create a new rubric. Enter a criterion.

Clicking the duplicate button will duplicate the criterion, however, after it has been used once, any further attempts will not do anything.
