Description
When clicking through a Module, it announces the Module title under the expand Module options, publish, add content and edit options. However, when you get to the option to add a file to the Module, it no longer announces the Module title. Instead, it says ‘Drop files here to add to Module or choose files’.
Expected Behavior
It should announce the Module title on the upload file option.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce

Create a course and add a Module, then give it a title other than just ‘Module’.

Open Voiceover and go into the Modules tab, clicking through until you land on the Module you just added.

Notice that as it introduces the expand, publish, adding or editing content options it announces the Module’s title.

Now click to the option of adding a file to the Module and notice that it no longer announces the Module title, it just says ‘Drop files here to add to Module or choose files’.
