Description
When using the raw HTML Editor with a screen reader using Firefox, it doesn't read out the text in the editor.
Expected Behavior
Instead it should read out the test in the field.
Workaround
Use Chrome.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisite: A course, screen reader, and Firefox.

Create a discussion and switch to the raw HTML Editor.

Navigate through the HTML Editor and notice it doesn't read out the test in the editor.
