[PENDING] Bullet points not shown inside Mastery Connect Third party tool frame

A solution is being tested in a beta environment.

Description

Bullet points inside messages and walkthrough steps assigned to any context inside Mastery Connect do not show up (on premaster nor Prod). This happens in all types of message/step by either creating/adding them through the Inline Editor or through the Dashboard.

Expected Behavior

Bulleted lists should always show when you used, regardless of placement.

Workaround

No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Test the message (https://app.eesysoft.com/app/precanvas/messages/6092/view) in the impact content instance.

2. Sign into Mastery Connect from the Global menu with the Mastery Connect credential in 1password.

3. Then, visit the Trackers link in the top menu to see the Systray.
