When trying to export the CSV file from the 1-year activity tab under pageviews for users in the PDX region, users are presented with the error message “There was a problem creating a new export job. Please try again later”.
Users should be able to export pageviews CSV
No workaround exists at this time.
Prerequisites: Have a Canvas instance hosted in the PDX region and a user with page views

Navigate to the user details page

Open the 1-year activity tab for the user
