Quickly answering fill in the blank questions cause some answers not to save in New Quizzes

Expected Behavior

All answers should be saved

Workaround

No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a New Quiz with multiple fill in the blank questions with an open entry answer type (I created 10)

  2. Preview the quiz and quickly tab through the questions supplying answers to each item

  3. If done fast enough notice upon submission that you’ll get a message that some questions haven’t been answered or invalid

  4. After submitting notice many incorrect answers with the ‘no answer’ text when an answer was input
