When Assignment Enhancements is enabled, when a student attempts to record a media submission, after saving the recording the user receives a "Sorry, Something Broke" error.

Instead it should save the recording for the student to submit.

Use upload media instead and use media that is pre-recorded.
| Steps to Reproduce |
|---|
Prerequisites: Have a published course with students enrolled and Assignment Enhancements enabled.

Create an assignment that has media recordings enabled

Publish the assignment

As a student go to the assignment

Start an attempt and select Media

Select the Record Media option

Conduct a recording

Click on Save after recording and observe the error
