Selecting an Outcome in the Individual Gradebook results in a blank screen with Account and Course Level Outcome Mastery Scales enabled

This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 4/23/25.

Description

When the Account and Course Level Outcome Mastery Scales feature option is enabled and an Outcome is selected within the Individual Gradebook for a specific student, the page fails to load and displays a blank screen instead of the expected Outcome results for the selected user.

Expected Behavior

The Individual Gradebook should display Outcome results for a selected student when an Outcome is chosen.

Workaround

No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisites: An account with the Account and Course Level Outcome Mastery Scales feature option enabled and a course in the account with the Learning Mastery Gradebook enabled, an outcome, and a student enrolled.

1. Navigate to the Gradebook and select Individual Gradebook.

2. Click on Learning Mastery > Content Selection.

3. Select a student.

4. Choose an Outcome.

5. Notice that the screen goes blank instead of displaying the Outcome results for the selected student.
