This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 11/29/24.
Description
If a Teacher has saved comments within their comment library and they login on the iOS Teacher App to grade students, when they start typing their saved comment, it does not populate the library to use the saved comment.
Expected Behavior
The comment library should auto populate comments that were already saved when leaving a submission comment.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
Prereq: Have the feature option of ‘Comment Library’ enabled in a course. Submit an online assignment as a student. As a Teacher create a comment in the Speedgrader and add it to the Comment Library.

Login on the Teacher App as a Teacher role.

Go to the course and Assignment that has the submission.

Click on ‘Needs Grading’ icon and go to the submission.

In the submission comments, start typing the text of a pre-saved comment, notice that it does not generate the remainder of the comment from the comment library.
